DRY LUBE APPLICATORS - decorativeengineering

Decorative Engineering and Supply, Inc. has worked with several companies applying dry lube material over the years and we have designed this line specifically to achieve the most constant spray with dry lube materials.  Because dry lube material has a rapid settle out rate, it is important to maintant constant agitation in order to create even dispersion of the dry lube material during the spray application process.  We offer a variety of sizes to fulfill your requirements.

20 Ounce Applicator                 
MODEL DE-AG-CUP is a 20 Ounce Agitator Cup that will mount on most HVLP Spray Guns.  This applicator is ideal for small projects because it prevents the need for the operator to constantly swirl the gun and cup which could lead to unnecessary injuries to the operator.  Because there is a rotary agitor, it also prevents the manterial from packing on the bottom of the cup.

1-Gallon Applicator System
MODEL DE-DLA-1G 1-Gallon Dry Lube Applicator helps to simplyify the dry lube application process.  With this system, you roll the material to meet the material specification as well as the MIL- Spec that you are trying to achieve.  After that requirement has been meet, you simply insert the gallon container into the system, adjust the agitator and begin spraying.  

5-Gallon Applicator System
MODEL DE-DLA-5G is a 5-Gallon Dry Lube Applicator designed for larger usages.
